Bio

I am a food and documentary photographer and the creator of What Ali Wore, a blog where I document the outfits of an 85 year old Turkish man called Ali. In 2013 I won Blog of the Year at the Lead Awards, which are for photography and design for the whole of Germany. Here is a nice short video TipstR.TV did recently about me, Ali and blogging in Berlin.

My food photography has appeared in Australian Gourmet Traveller Magazine and on the websites of some of Melbourne's favourite restaurants (Cutler & Co. and Builders Arms Hotel). I've also recently completed the food photography for Sophia Hoffman's first cookbook, Sophias Vegane Welt (Sophia's Vegan World).

I've had my documentary photography published on Slow Travel Berlin and I have worked on a number of productions with Four Larks Theatre in Melbourne, producing promotional portraits as well as documenting their work. Finally, I have also had the privilege of photographing the weddings of several wonderful couples.
